It says in Devarim (Deuteronomy) 15:11 that “Without hesitation, you shall open your hand wide to the poor and needy, in your land”.
Rosh Hashanah is a good time to remember the needs of our poor and unfortunate girls. In the Torah it says “If you make my people happy, I’ll make you happy”. During the High Holidays, Hashem judges our actions and counts our Mitzvot (good deeds) for the entire year.

For fifty five years, Lev Lalev has been helping the most vulnerable children in Israel by providing them with the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs they desperately require.
Israel is a relatively new country; it’s only sixty seven years old. Much has been achieved during this relatively short time. In fact, Israel is a miracle! But- there remains social and economic challenges that must still be addressed. Our dream is to ensure that all young children in Israel have a pathway to happiness, hopefulness, and promise. You can inspire Israel’s children to reach new heights of success.

Our orphaned and disadvantaged girls at Lev Lalev anxiously await. Each girl has her own challenges and difficulties. We provide our girls with the second chance they need and give them hope and a new pathway towards success and will give each of them the sweet and beautiful New Year and the bright future they deserve.

Giving Tzedakah to Israel’s needy through our Israel Charity Fund enables us to help these poor and vulnerable girls.

Home We appreciate all who donate to Israeli charities and who recognize the value in helping our orphans. Thank you for making Lev Lalev your personal connection to Israel.
